Rather than playing against a team like Argentina, Bung Kus considers the Garuda squad to be more relevant when facing teams of the same type as the Iraqi, Japanese or Vietnamese national teams. Because in the 2023 Asian Cup, the Garuda squad will compete with these three teams.
“In the Asian Cup we will meet Iraq, Japan and Vietnam. "Well, it's useful for the Palestinian opponents to know the same game patterns as Iraq," he concluded.
